Called the “bane of teenagers,” even young adults, men and women alike, can get acne. Acne is a skin condition that causes pimples on the face, neck, chest, upper back and shoulders. The sign of acne are blocked pores caused by sebaceous gland secretions and dead skin cells.

Pimples. These are red, swollen bumps that form when the plugged follicle walls break near the skin’s surface.
